About Torah Coalition
Torah Coalition, the Coalition for Talmud Torah & Security, is a group of Jews who love Torah and are united by a single public Pledge.
The Pledge, first published January 1, 2026, states two commitments together: wholehearted support for Torah, Yeshivos, Kollelim and Talmidei Chachamim, and support for the IDF and Israel’s security services, who bear responsibility for the physical protection of the Jewish people. As a result, we give only to Torah institutions that do not publicly speak against, protest or delegitimize the IDF while it defends Jewish lives.
We are not a political party, a yeshiva or a fundraising organization, and we do not solicit donations on this site. The Pledge takes no position on the draft. Ahead of the 2026 Knesset election, we have also shared why we support HaTzibur HaHaredi (זך), collected public endorsements by rabbonim with their sources, and listed organizations aligned with our Pledge.
Our principles
- Torah first. אין עוז אלא תורה: there is no strength but Torah.
- Hakaras hatov to those who defend Jewish life.
- Achdus among all who serve Hashem.
- Privacy for signers. We publish only initials and, where given, a city.
